1. Seller and scope
The seller is OralAdvance Labs d.o.o., trading as Implant Studio Live Courses. Full details appear in the Legal Notice. These terms apply to training booked through implantstudio.co.
2. Reservation and operator role are separate
The immediate reservation payment secures a course place and counts toward the total fee. An application, reservation, payment, attendance or certificate does not itself grant a licence or permission to treat patients. An operator role exists only after separate written confirmation based on the participant, campus, clinic, authority and insurance requirements.
You must provide accurate, complete and current identity, qualification, registration, good-standing and insurance evidence by the stated deadline and report changes or expiry immediately.
3. Prices and staged payment
- Group: €8,900 total; €2,700 immediate reservation; €6,200 balance.
- Private 1-on-1: €16,900 total; €4,700 immediate reservation; €12,200 balance.
We normally send the balance invitation six weeks before the course. The balance and required documents are due four weeks before the course. A reservation made 4-6 weeks before the start may require both within 72 hours. A reservation made 3-4 weeks before the start requires manual acceptance and may require both within 24 hours. Operator reservations close three weeks before the course; a waitlist or non-clinical observer inquiry may remain available.
Stripe collects payments only. A Stripe receipt is not the legal VAT invoice. The legal invoice is issued separately through our Croatian accounting system after transaction-specific tax review.
4. Review outcomes
Possible outcomes include a confirmed operator role, a request for further documents, transfer to a later cohort, an agreed non-clinical observer role, or cancellation. An observer role includes no patient contact or clinical tasks. Clinic details may be supplied later, but no operator role is confirmed until the relevant campus compliance file is complete.
5. Participant Agreement
We use an external electronic-signature provider such as DocuSign or PandaDoc. A participant must sign the current campus- and role-specific agreement before clinical activity. The role remains subject to continuing document validity, patient suitability, consent, clinic rules and clinical-director safety decisions.
6. Inclusions and exclusions
The course page and confirmation identify inclusions. Flights, airport transfers, dinners, personal costs, visas, credential documents and the participant's professional insurance are not included unless expressly stated.
7. Safety, patients and programme changes
Clinical activity depends on suitable patients, lawful approvals and safety. We may reasonably change timetables, faculty or case order. The clinic or clinical director may pause, modify, stop or take over treatment. No course promise or placement count overrides patient safety.
8. Refunds, transfers and withdrawal
The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable 14-day online-contract withdrawal right described on the Right of Withdrawal page, are unaffected.
9. Media and data
Participant media consent is separate. Patient treatment cannot depend on marketing consent. Professional documents are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Complaints and law
Contact support@implantstudio.co. Croatian law applies without removing mandatory protections available in a consumer's country of residence.
