Refund Policy.

Genuine clearance failure

If the intended operator role genuinely cannot be confirmed through no fault of the participant after truthful, complete and timely cooperation, the participant may choose a full refund of course payments received for that booking or one transfer to an available cohort beginning within 12 months. An agreed non-clinical observer alternative may also be offered. Payment does not itself authorize patient treatment.

Documents not submitted by the deadline

If the participant does not provide required documents by a reasonable stated deadline, the reservation payment is retained, any balance already paid is refunded, and one transfer to an available cohort within 12 months may be offered. The new cohort remains subject to current documents and review. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

False or fraudulent documents

False, altered, misleading or deliberately withheld credential information may lead to cancellation and removal from clinical activity. Course payments are not refunded in that case except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Suspected fraud may be reported where legally required or reasonably necessary.

Authorization withdrawn after payment

If required authorization is withdrawn after payment through no fault of the participant, the participant may choose a full refund of course payments received for that booking or a transfer. If withdrawal results from false information, misconduct, non-cooperation or avoidable loss of authorization, the rules above and mandatory law apply.

Participant cancellation

• Eight weeks or more before the confirmed start: course payments received are refunded in full.
• Less than eight weeks before the confirmed start: payments are not refundable except under this policy, the Day-1 promise, statutory withdrawal rights or mandatory law.

Day-1 satisfaction promise

If the course is not right for you, notify the course lead in writing after day one and before day two, then stop participating. We refund course payments received for that booking. This does not cover travel or independently booked accommodation and does not apply to misconduct, false information or patient-safety removal.

Cancellation by us and refund timing

If we cancel without an acceptable replacement, we refund course payments received. Approved refunds return to the original payment method without undue delay and normally within 14 days after approval. Bank processing time is outside our control.
